FOUNDING LEADERSHIP
ENG. HANI OTHMAN Founding Partner
Eng. Hani Othman began his professional journey in the UAE in 1988 and played a key role in building a long-standing business legacy across contracting, real estate, and investment sectors.
In 1995, he established Neptune General Contracting, which contributed to the delivery of numerous residential and commercial developments across Sharjah and the UAE. His entrepreneurial vision and market knowledge helped lay the foundation for a real estate journey that continues today through Hallmark Group.

KHALED OTHMAN Group CEO & Managing Partner
Khaled Othman joined the real estate sector in 2005 and has since built a career spanning brokerage, property management, owners association management, technical services, and real estate development.
Today, he leads the strategic direction of Hallmark Group and oversees the group’s growth, development initiatives, and future expansion plans.
